Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.

Assembly takes one person approximately 10–20 minutes and requires no tools. Connect the numbered frame sections, attach the feet, connect the internal power cables and install the SEG graphics.

The Frame Plus 3.3ft / 1000mm Backlit Banner Stand is a freestanding LED lightbox display designed for trade shows, conferences, retail promotions and indoor brand events. Its approximately 1-meter width provides more visual presence than a narrow sign while remaining practical for smaller teams to transport, assemble and reuse.
This backlit trade show display can be used independently as an illuminated product display, entrance feature or information panel. Multiple units can also be connected to create a wider modular presentation. Choose Frame Only when you already have compatible graphics, or order the frame with single- or double-sided SEG graphics based on how visitors will approach the display.
What Does the 1000mm Width Mean for Your Display?
A 1000mm-wide lightbox works best when you need a focused illuminated display rather than a full-width booth background. Common placements include booth entrances, side walls, product demonstration areas, directional points and promotional displays within retail or event spaces.
The modular format also gives returning exhibitors flexibility. Individual 1m lightboxes can be separated, repositioned or connected in different arrangements as event requirements change. However, several connected 1m units will show frame divisions between the graphics. If your priority is a more continuous main presentation area with fewer divisions, compare a 2m modular lightbox or a 3m lightbox.
Choose the Height That Fits Your Space
The product is available in several width-and-height configurations:
- 3.3 × 6.5ft — 1000 × 2000mm
- 3.3 × 7.4ft — 1000 × 2250mm
- 3.3 × 8.2ft — 1000 × 2500mm
- 3 × 8ft — 915 × 2438mm
A 2000mm height is suitable when a lower profile or easier placement is preferred. The 2250mm and 2500mm versions provide greater vertical presence in exhibition halls and event spaces. The 3 × 8ft option follows a familiar U.S. display proportion while remaining a narrow freestanding lightbox.
Download the artwork template that corresponds exactly to the ordered size before preparing your print file. Graphics created for one height should not simply be resized for another because the visible area and artwork proportions are different. Review the Frame Plus artwork specifications before submitting your files.
Single-Sided or Double-Sided Graphics?
Choose the graphic configuration according to visitor movement, not simply according to price or appearance.
A single-sided backlit banner stand is more appropriate when the display will stand against a wall or when visitors will see only the front. This configuration includes one printed SEG graphic on the front and a blackback graphic on the rear.
Choose double-sided graphics when the lightbox will be positioned in an open area, aisle, corner booth or island-style layout where visitors can see both faces. One printed SEG graphic is installed on each side, and the two sides may carry the same artwork or different messages.
Frame Only is intended for customers who already have compatible graphics or plan to arrange printing separately. Before selecting this option, confirm that the graphic dimensions and silicone-edge construction match the ordered frame.
Replacement graphics can be ordered for future campaigns, allowing the illuminated frame to be reused while the branding or promotional message changes. Browse replacement SEG graphics when preparing an updated display.
Tool-Free Assembly for Repeat Events
The numbered frame sections connect without tools. During installation, match the corresponding numbers, connect the frame sections and stabilizing feet, join the internal power cables, and insert the silicone edges of the graphics into the frame channels.
Typical assembly takes one person approximately 10–20 minutes. First-time users or teams working in unfamiliar event spaces should allow additional time. The packed weight ranges from approximately 16.8 to 18.9 kg depending on the selected height and configuration. A wheeled soft carry bag is included to organize the components during storage and transportation.
If reducing the number of separate frame-assembly steps is more important than having a sectional modular structure, a folding LED lightbox may be a more appropriate option.
LED Lighting, Power and Indoor Use
The 1000mm LED lightbox display uses integrated OSRAM LED light sources positioned to illuminate the fabric graphic. The frame uses two approximately 45W light bars, giving the display an approximate total power consumption of 90W.
The LED light source is rated for up to approximately 50,000 operating hours. This rating describes the expected operating life of the LED light source under appropriate conditions; it is not the warranty period for the complete display.
A suitable standard power connection is required at the event location. Input power supports 100–240V and 50/60Hz, and the appropriate plug is supplied according to the delivery region. When several lightboxes are connected in one display, include the combined power requirements in the booth’s electrical plan.
This is an indoor display product. It should not be used outdoors without appropriate protection. If suitable power is unavailable, a non-illuminated tension fabric display may be a better choice.
From a Standalone Display to a Complete Booth
A 3.3ft backlit fabric display can work as a complete promotional unit for smaller spaces, or it can become one component of a larger exhibit. Businesses that also require counters, storage areas, arches, media mounting or multiple visitor zones should compare complete trade show booth configurations.
For orders with printed graphics, the standard delivery estimate is approximately 4–8 calendar days after the artwork has been confirmed. Delivery timing can still vary according to the destination, order configuration and carrier conditions. The product is intended for repeat indoor use and is covered by a one-year warranty.

Will this 3.3ft lightbox fit in a 10 × 10 trade show booth?
Yes. A 3.3ft / 1000mm lightbox can fit within a standard 10 × 10ft booth and is commonly used as an entrance display, side feature, product information panel or illuminated modular component. Confirm the complete booth layout before ordering, especially when the space also includes counters, storage or additional displays.
Should I choose single-sided or double-sided graphics?
Choose single-sided graphics when the lightbox will stand against a wall or visitors will see only the front. It includes one printed front graphic and a blackback rear graphic. Choose double-sided graphics when visitors can walk past both sides of the display; each face will carry a printed SEG graphic.
What does Frame Only include?
Frame Only is intended for customers who already have compatible graphics or plan to arrange printing separately. It does not include a printed SEG graphic. Before ordering, confirm that the graphic size and silicone-edge construction are compatible with the selected frame dimensions.
Can multiple 1m lightboxes be connected?
Yes. Multiple 1m modular lightboxes can be connected to create a wider display or incorporated into a larger exhibit configuration. The units can later be separated and rearranged. Connected 1m frames will create divisions between the graphic panels and should not be treated as one seamless wide backdrop.
Is this backlit banner stand suitable for outdoor use?
No. This product is intended for indoor trade shows, conferences, retail environments and business events. Do not use it outdoors without appropriate weather and electrical protection.
Does the backlit lightbox include a carry bag?
Yes. The frame components are supplied with a wheeled soft carry bag for organized storage and transportation. The packed weight is approximately 16.8–18.9 kg depending on the selected size and configuration.
