Returns: Defective Goods
In the event of a defective or manufacturing defect in your item, please contact us within 15 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange. We will cover the costs of returning the defective item and sending a replacement.
Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.

Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. The Frame Plus SEG light box folding stand combines a one-piece folding aluminum frame, integrated LED illumination and tensioned fabric graphics in a portable 3.3ft-wide display. Instead of assembling multiple loose frame sections, the connected structure unfolds into position, making it a practical choice for trade shows, conferences, retail promotions and other indoor events.
The assembled display measures approximately 1000mm wide × 2000mm high. Its narrow footprint works well as an illuminated banner stand, entrance display, product-promotion panel or supporting graphic inside a larger exhibition booth.
One-Piece Folding Frame

Bright LED Illumination

Single-Sided and Double-Sided Graphics

Frame Plus lists a typical setup time of approximately five minutes. First-time assembly may take longer while the user becomes familiar with the frame and graphic installation process.
Can I replace the graphics on this portable backlit display?
Yes. The SEG fabric graphic can be removed and replaced when your branding, products or promotional message changes.
Replacement graphics must be produced for the exact frame dimensions and silicone-edge specification. An incorrectly sized graphic may have poor tension or may not fit securely into the frame channel.
Should I choose a single-sided or double-sided SEG lightbox?
Choose a single-sided lightbox when the rear of the display faces a wall or will not be visible. This configuration includes one printed front graphic and a blackout panel on the rear.
Choose double-sided graphics when visitors can see both sides of the display, such as in an open booth, entrance area or central event space.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
