Returns: Defective Goods
In the event of a defective or manufacturing defect in your item, please contact us within 15 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange. We will cover the costs of returning the defective item and sending a replacement.
Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us if you need assistance confirming size, specifications, or shipping methods before placing your order.

Installation
How to Assemble Your Trade Show Display
Assembly requires no tools. Connect the numbered frame sections, attach the stabilizing feet, connect the internal power cables and install the SEG graphics before powering on the lightbox.

Alongside the exhibition light boxes, this kit includes all accessories and linking components to complete your lightbox display. Also a 1000mm x 1000mm FRAMEPLUS® Lightbox Counter helps a finishing touch to your exhibition display.

These backlit light box stands use powerful LED lighting to highlight your advertising and branding. They are portable, easy to store and simple to assemble without tools; making them the ideal portable illuminated backdrop solution for shell scheme exhibition stands.
Custom Printed SEG Lightbox Graphics:
These lightbox structures that make up this illuminated fabric display can be printed single or double sided. Double sided lightboxes show custom artwork on both sides whilst the single sided have printed artwork on the front panel only. The back is made up of a plain blackout panel; one side is white to reflect the light internally for maximum illumination; the other side is black to prevent light from escaping and to give a tidy finish.
Replacement Graphic can be purchased allowing you to easily and quickly update your promotions and showcase new campaigns depending on your audience or event.
LED Lightbox Assembly:
Installation and transportation of this LED display stand is very easy. Each of the lightbox panels is supplied with its own padded transport case with wheels and trolley handles. Each section of the frame kits is numbered – simply match the numbers and click the pieces together using the push-fit mechanisms. No tools are required. Add your graphics, and plug in to complete the installation. High-quality OSRAM® LEDs are pre-installed into the 120mm-deep composite frame. OSRAM® LEDs offer the brightest illumination across your artwork whilst maintaining an energy-efficient lightbox exhibition stand.
Plug And Play LED Lightboxes:
Each LED Lightbox includes US, plugs, as well as 240v/110v converters. With this system, you can use this corner display anywhere in the US. When using abroad, you will need to purchase separate plug adapters (not included).

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
