We'll ship your order according to your requested timeframe, but UPS/FedEx controls the final delivery, which can sometimes lead to delays beyond our control.
Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us if you need assistance confirming size, specifications, or shipping methods before placing your order.

Set up your RGB LED Fabric Lightbox without tools. Connect the numbered frame sections, attach the stabilizing feet, connect the lighting cables and fit the SEG fabric graphic before powering on. For the RGB LED Fabric Lightbox with LED Backlighting, also connect the internal LED light bars according to the assembly instructions.

Although described as a 10ft lightbox, this model is 3000mm wide rather than 3048mm. A nominal 10ft booth is approximately 3048mm wide, leaving only 48mm of total width clearance before accounting for booth structures or venue restrictions.
Measure the usable space rather than relying on the booth’s advertised dimensions. Allow room for supporting feet, electrical access, neighboring structures and assembly. If the display will sit behind a counter, keep the headline and key artwork above the area the furniture will cover.

A double-sided display can serve two audiences. Use one face for a broad brand introduction and the other for a product application or campaign message. Keep both faces accessible and visible when planning the layout.
The white frame uses tool-free push-button connections, and the silicone edges of the SEG fabric graphics fit into the frame channels. Dye-sublimation printing carries your artwork across the polyester fabric for a clean, continuous presentation.
Replaceable graphics allow you to retain the frame when updating a product launch, seasonal promotion or exhibition campaign. Replacement fabric must match this RGB LED backlit model, the 3000mm width and your selected height.
This freestanding display is intended for indoor use and requires an electrical connection. Plan cable routing and leave visitor walkways clear.
Start with the graphic template for your selected display height. Do not build the print file using the overall frame dimensions or reuse a template from another lightbox series.
Large landscape images need sufficient source resolution at final print size. Check image quality before enlarging, keep logos and text inside the safe area and extend backgrounds through the template’s bleed. If you are using a QR code, test it before submission and position it where visitors can approach comfortably.
