Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us if you need assistance confirming size, specifications, or shipping methods before placing your order.

The Frame Plus 10ft (3000mm) RGB LED Fabric Lightbox is a freestanding, single-sided fabric display with RGB lighting around the frame border. Its three-meter width creates a broad branded background for indoor product presentations, showrooms, retail promotions and events.
The RGB frame lights up; the fabric graphic is not backlit. This model uses an 80mm (3.15 in) profile with RGB LED strips and no internal LED bars behind the artwork. Choose it when you want a colorful outline around a large printed graphic that will remain visible under the venue’s existing lighting.
The 3000mm-wide frame provides room for a main headline, brand imagery and supporting visuals across one fabric graphic. Position it behind a product demonstration, reception area or event photo space where visitors mainly face the front.
Design around the objects and people that will stand in front of the display. Keep your logo and main message above counters or products, and avoid placing essential information where it will be regularly obscured.
For photo areas, provide suitable lighting for both the printed graphic and the people in front. The RGB border creates an illuminated outline but does not light the entire background.
“10ft” is the rounded product size label. The actual frame width is 3000mm—approximately 9.84ft or 118.1 inches.
Do not assume that a nominal 10ft booth provides enough usable clearance. Check the venue’s actual inside dimensions, neighboring structures and any installation restrictions. Also allow space for the 400mm-long support feet, cable routing and visitor movement.

Select the height according to ceiling clearance, event height limits and artwork composition. Taller versions add vertical graphic space, but your main message should still be positioned where visitors can see it clearly.

SEG stands for silicone edge graphics. A silicone strip sewn around the polyester fabric presses into the frame channel to hold the graphic under tension. Replace the fabric for a new campaign while continuing to use the frame.

The graphic dimensions differ from the outside frame dimensions. Prepare artwork using the supplied RGB model template rather than creating a 3000mm-wide print file from the product name alone.

Packing dimensions are 410 × 300 × 1050mm for the shortest version and 410 × 300 × 1300mm for the taller versions. Plan for lifting the packed display into your vehicle; wheels help with movement on suitable floors but do not remove the need to lift it.
