Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us if you need assistance confirming size, specifications, or shipping methods before placing your order.

The Frame Plus 3.3ft (1000mm) RGB LED Fabric Lightbox is a freestanding, single-sided display that surrounds your printed fabric graphic with RGB frame lighting. Its vertical format suits retail promotions, reception areas, showrooms and indoor events where you want a focused brand message with a colorful border.
The RGB lighting illuminates the frame, not the fabric graphic. This model has an 80mm (3.15 in) profile without internal LED backlighting. Choose it when the room provides enough light to read your artwork and you want the illuminated frame to complement the presentation.
At 1000mm wide—approximately 39.4 inches—this RGB fabric display gives a logo, headline and main product image room to work together in a vertical layout. Place it beside a reception counter, product demonstration or showroom display where visitors can view the message from the front.
Compared with the 850mm version, this frame provides an additional 150mm, or approximately 5.9 inches, of width. That extra space can help with artwork composition, but the display remains a vertical promotional panel rather than a wide backdrop.

Check the available ceiling clearance and any event height restrictions before selecting a version. Allow floor space for the stabilizing feet and cable routing as well as the frame itself.
Measurements in feet are rounded for reference. Use millimeter dimensions when planning the installation and the matching artwork template when preparing graphics.
SEG stands for silicone edge graphics. A silicone strip sewn around the fabric presses into the frame channel to hold the graphic under tension. The fabric can be replaced for a new campaign while the frame remains in use.
Use artwork and fabric produced for this exact RGB model and selected height. A graphic from another 1000mm display may have different fabric dimensions or silicone edging, even when the stated frame width is the same.

The 1000mm model is 150mm—about 5.9 inches—wider, giving your artwork more horizontal space. Choose 850mm for a narrower location, or 1000mm when your logo, headline and image need more room.
Choose 2000mm, 2250mm or 2500mm according to ceiling clearance and venue height limits. If placing the display behind a counter, keep essential artwork above the area the counter will cover.
