Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. About the product
FRAMEPLUS® Lightbox Exhibition Stand 850mm width. Freestanding and portable LED Light Box, designed for exhibition stand backdrops, trade show booths, conference displays, promotional and marketing events and anywhere you need to illuminate your branding.
Manufactured with integrated OSRAM® LED beads for the brightest and most diffused illumination. Choose single or double-sided printed Silicon Edge Graphics (SEG). Freestanding FRAMEPLUS® Exhibition Lightboxes have a white composite, 120mm thickness, SEG frame profile. Each frame section is numbered for easy push-fit assembly. No tools are required.
Modular LED Lightboxes:
The FRAMEPLUS® brand of fabric exhibition banner stands can be used as freestanding Lightboxes or by utilising the range of LED Lightbox Accessories units, can be joined together with additional FRAMEPLUS® Lightboxes to create larger exhibition stands. The 850mm wide LED Light Box allows linking to other FRAMEPLUS® sizes for a perfect fit inside Shell Scheme Exhibition Stands, or as a stand-alone LED Lightbox Banner.

Fabric Lightbox Printing:
Backlit fabric graphics for the FRAMEPLUS® 850mm Wide LED Lightbox can be ordered with either single or double-sided custom printed SEG graphics.
Double-sided can be selected with either the same artwork on the front and back or have different artwork on either side. Single sided fabric Lightboxes have print on one side and a reversed black-back panel on the other. The white side faces internally and increases illumination brightness whilst evenly diffusing the LED light to give your LED Lightbox display maximum glow. The back is black, facing outwards, which stops light leakage and gives the rear of your Lightboxes a smart and sleek appearance. Plain covered backs with no open framework meet exhibition hall requirements if used as a space-only exhibition stand or in a shell scheme configuration.
LED Lightbox Assembly:
No tools are required for assembly. FRAMEPLUS® frame parts are numbered for push fit self-assembly. Match the part numbers, slide the frame pieces together, connect the internal cables and then install the backlit graphics into the SEG frame channels. Plug in the LED Lightbox display and you are ready to go.
Backlit Exhibition Stand:
FRAMEPLUS® Lightboxes are effective at grabbing attention from passers-by and are more salient than traditional non-illuminated exhibition stands. Not only do they out-perform normal pop-up displays, and backdrops but they can also help your brand stand out against standard printed displays, especially in dimly lit environments such as conferences and exhibitions.
FRAMEPLUS® Lightbox Exhibition Stands are 2m,2.25m or 2.5m in height. Also available in the following sizes: 2x1, 2x2, 2x3, 3m Tall (also customized sizes as demand) and an Exhibition Counter.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
