Foldable SEG Fabric
FrameFRAMEPLUS® Foldable SEG Fabric Display is designed with lightweight foldable frame, bright tensioned fabric graphics and competitive price. This display is so light that it only takes 10 seconds to set up - as you can see in the animation, it can be unfolded directly without even installing. The Foldable SEG Frame is an upgraded version of the traditional SEG frame system. Supports multiple modules DIY.Its modular design allows flexible configuration to meet various display needs. It is designed for exhibition stand backdrops, trade show booths, conference displays, promotional and marketing events and anywhere you need to illuminate your branding.
Fabric Graphics
The fabric graphics are made of silicone strips sewn into the perimeter of the dye-sublimation printed graphics, allowing for easy installation and quick graphics changes. We have a variety of sizes to choose from. The modular design allows you to add or remove sections to customize the display to your needs.

Artwork Requirements
Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
1. Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
2. To design the artwork against the templates as downloaded. Files must be the same exact size as what is ordered.
3. The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
4. The printing pixel of the designed artwork should not be less than 72Dpi.
5. Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.
Notice: For the custom size products, you can just upload your artwork when placing order and our artwork person will help you set up the template.
GENERAL TIPS:
1. LED lights for our SEG lightbox displays are UL-certified with a certification number UL-US-2421947-0 / UL-CA-2417531-0.
2. The power supply has a power of 152.4W (driving 3 light strips), with each light strip inputting 24V.
3. The graphics and the hardware are packaged in different cartons.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
