The turnaround time is counted from Graphic template checked and confirmed by customers.

• The products without graphic printing, can be ready for delivery within 1-2 days;
• The products are with graphic printing, can be ready for delivery in 2-3 days; [The designed Graphic templates will be checked by Frameplus Designers within 24hrs];
• The customized products like the exhibition stand, can be ready in 3-5 working days after graphic templates confirmed;
• We firmly suggest you prepare the printing graphic templates well before ordering online. We have graphic designing templates after each product at PRODUCT DETAILS.

DELIVERY TIME

We are expanding the warehouse and production facilities to offer more fast service. Thus we have US, DE and CN factories and warehouse. They are mainly serving the local or nearest market and reseller customers.

• The delivery lead time is about 3-5 working days.
