Returns: Defective Goods
In the event of a defective or manufacturing defect in your item, please contact us within 15 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange. We will cover the costs of returning the defective item and sending a replacement.
Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. The Frameplus® brand of adjustable frame can be used for display in trade show backdrop, conference backwall or space partition.The fast assembly process saves a lot of labor and time, even within a limited space. The accessories can also be combined into different shapes and used in different scenarios.

Fabric Adjustable Frame Printing:
Fabric graphics for FRAMEPLUS® Universal Frames can be ordered with custom printed graphics on one or both sides.
Double-sided graphics can be ordered with the same pattern on the front and back, or with different patterns on the front and back.The printed pattern on the front side uses heat transfer technology to maximize the color of the pattern itself. The plain covered back without an open frame meets showroom requirements and can be used as a space-only booth or in an enclosure solution configuration.
Adjustable frame assembly:
No tools are required for assembly. FRAMEPLUS® frame parts are numbered and can be self-assembled to fit. Match the part numbers, slide the frame parts together and adjust the size of the frame by twisting the standard locking bolt to the desired size. Sleeve the fabric canvas and it is ready to use.

Artwork Requirements
Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
1. Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
2. To design the artwork against the templates as downloaded. Files must be the same exact size as what is ordered.
3. The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
4. The printing pixel of the designed artwork should not be less than 72Dpi.
5. Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.
Notice: For the custom size products, you can just upload your artwork when placing order and our artwork person will help you set up the template.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
