Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us if you need assistance confirming size, specifications, or shipping methods before placing your order.

RGB lighting illuminates the frame border, creating a colorful outline around your SEG fabric graphic. This single-sided display has no internal LED light bars, so the graphic itself is not backlit.

The Frame Plus 2.8ft (850mm) RGB LED Fabric Lightbox is a freestanding, single-sided SEG fabric display with an RGB-illuminated border. Designed for indoor retail promotions, reception areas, showrooms and events, it frames your printed message with color in a narrow, vertical format.
The frame lights up; the fabric graphic is not backlit. This model uses an 80mm (3.15 in) profile with RGB LED strips and no internal LED bars behind the artwork. It is a practical choice when you want decorative border lighting around a graphic that will be viewed under normal room lighting.
The 850mm width—approximately 33.5 inches—provides space for a clear logo, short headline and main product image. Position it beside a reception counter, near a product demonstration or at an indoor event entrance where visitors can approach the message from the front.
Keep the artwork focused on one main idea. A single product image and concise message will generally be easier to read in this vertical format than a layout filled with product comparisons or detailed text.

The 850mm RGB lightbox is available in three frame sizes:
Choose the height that fits your venue’s clearance and display restrictions. If a counter or product stand will sit in front, keep your logo and main message above the area it will cover.
Measurements in feet are rounded for reference. Use the millimeter dimensions for space planning and the model-specific artwork template for printing.
SEG stands for silicone edge graphics. The fabric has a sewn silicone edge that presses into the frame channel to hold the graphic under tension. Replace the graphic when your campaign changes while continuing to use the frame.

A graphic from another 850mm display is not automatically compatible with this model. The required fabric dimensions and silicone-edge fit must match the RGB frame and selected height.
