We'll ship your order according to your requested timeframe, but UPS/FedEx controls the final delivery, which can sometimes lead to delays beyond our control.
Returns: Order Cancellation
If you have already received the goods, we do not support order cancellation.
If you have not yet received the goods and decide to cancel your order, you should return the goods to us at your own expense within 5 days of cancellation. We will refund the amount for eligible cancellations. However, some customized products and products discussed in advance will not be fully refundable.
If the loss of value is due to your unnecessary handling or damage to the goods before we receive them, we may deduct the corresponding loss amount from the refund. We will complete the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
If you have cancelled your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of cancellation. You are responsible for returning the goods and must bear the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please note: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's value, excluding shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. We reserve the right to charge you a fee or refuse a refund if the item is lost or damaged during return.
Returns: Customized/Personalized Items
Items customized, modified, or personalized using your provided designs are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect that is discovered by the recipient within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us if you need assistance confirming size, specifications, or shipping methods before placing your order.

RGB lighting illuminates the frame border, creating a colorful outline around your SEG fabric graphic. This single-sided display has no internal LED light bars, so the graphic itself is not backlit.
Horizontal LED light bars at the top and bottom illuminate the fabric graphic, while RGB lighting adds color around the frame border. This LED fabric lightbox combines an illuminated graphic with a colorful frame outline.

Set up your RGB LED Fabric Lightbox without tools. Connect the numbered frame sections, attach the stabilizing feet, connect the lighting cables and fit the SEG fabric graphic before powering on. The Frame Plus 2.8ft (850mm) RGB LED Fabric Lightbox with LED Backlighting combines an RGB-lit border with internal LED bars that illuminate the printed fabric graphic. Your artwork becomes the focal point, while the colorful frame adds a distinctive finishing touch.
Designed for indoor trade shows, retail promotions, showrooms and reception areas, this freestanding display provides a narrow vertical format for branding beside a counter, product presentation or booth entrance.
At approximately 33.5 inches wide, the 850mm model works well for a logo, a short headline and one main product image. Choose a height of 2000, 2250 or 2500mm to suit your venue and display plan.

This model uses a 120mm-deep profile with two lighting functions: RGB lighting around the frame and LED backlighting for the fabric graphic. It is a useful choice when you want both a colorful outline and an illuminated printed message.

Select the graphic configuration according to where visitors will see your display:
For a double-sided display, consider a separate message for each direction—for example, a brand introduction on one side and a product benefit on the other.
The white frame uses tool-free push-button connections, while the silicone edges of the polyester fabric graphics fit into the frame channels for a clean presentation. Dye-sublimation printing carries your design across the fabric surface.
Replaceable graphics let you refresh your campaign while reusing the frame. When ordering a replacement, match the 120mm RGB model, frame dimensions and graphic configuration; the same nominal display width does not guarantee compatibility with another lightbox series.
Use the graphic template supplied for this product and your selected height. The 850mm frame width is not the artwork width, so avoid creating a file from the overall frame dimensions alone. Keep logos, text and QR codes within the template’s safe area, and extend background artwork through the indicated bleed.
Review our artwork preparation requirements for guidance on color mode, image resolution and file format. When your design is ready, follow the artwork upload instructions and include your order number so the files can be matched to your display.
Both. The RGB lighting illuminates the frame border, and the internal LED bars backlight the printed fabric graphic. This distinguishes the 120mm model from the RGB frame-only lighting version, which does not illuminate the artwork.
Choose from 2000, 2250 or 2500mm in height—approximately 6.6, 7.4 or 8.2ft. Check your venue’s display-height limit before ordering, especially for the 2500mm option, which exceeds 8ft. Also allow space for the supporting feet and access to an electrical outlet; the 850mm width alone does not describe the full floor space required.
Choose single-sided when visitors will mainly view the display from the front, such as against a wall. It includes one printed graphic and one blackback graphic. Choose double-sided for a layout with viewing access from both sides; it includes two printed graphics. Plan the placement so neither printed side is hidden by furniture or another display.
Yes. The frame uses tool-free push-button assembly, and the SEG fabric edges fit into the frame channels. You can dismantle the display for transport and reuse it with compatible replacement graphics. Keep the frame parts organized and protect the lighting components during packing.
Do not assume the finished fabric graphics are interchangeable. Use the template specifically supplied for the 120mm RGB backlit model and selected height. Existing design files may be adapted, but their dimensions, bleed and safe areas must be checked against the correct template. If you already own printed graphics, ask Frame Plus to confirm compatibility before ordering Frame Only.
Prepare your design using the correct product template, convert artwork to CMYK and outline fonts before exporting. PDF or AI is preferred; raster images should be at least 72dpi at final output size, with higher-resolution source artwork preferred. Follow the linked preparation and upload instructions above, and approve the electronic proof before printing begins.
You can order replacement graphics for future campaigns. Specify the 120mm RGB lightbox model, 850mm width, selected height and single- or double-sided configuration so the replacement matches your frame.
